Hi John, I attended your CIC training in Albuquerque last week and you told me to sign on so I followed directions.
I would also like to get the list of old English ways we got our sayings that you talked about in your class. My son had to study that in school and I loved hearing the stories.
I really enjoyed your talk, and learned a lot. I will be keeping your name for future reference.
Thank you for your informative and engaging presentation last week at the Ruble Seminar in Newport, RI. It was a helpful and enjoyable event and I’m already sharing the knowledge gained with others in my organization.
Hello. You taught WC in a CIC seminar that concluded yesterday and you said to check out your site. It is very nice. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought I heard you say that when you are done grading the tests, we could see the results here. If that is right, should I wait the full 6-8 weeks before expecting that? Or, when would be good?
Hi John,
Just wanted to say thank you for another great CIC Wisconsin class this week. It is a true pleasure to be in your company. John there are very few people in this world I look up to and admire, but you Sir are a man I look up to in a big way. Just wanted to say thanks again and I cannot wait for the next CIC .
In my 14+ years in business, I’ve met a lot of smart and talented people. I’m here to tell you John Dismukes is simply one of the smartest, most understanding, and has the practical advice and examples in his instruction compared to everyone else in the industry. John is entertaining, fair, and his consulting provides tremendous value. It is my sincere pleasure to have worked with John Dismukes
Thanks for coming back to Nebraska. I always learn and I always enjoy what there is new to learn or relearn. A foot of snow here as we speak, good and wet but hard on ranchers.
Hello to our new friend and speaker extraordinaire John,
The Indiana CIC Ruble Update where we had the privilege of learning from you on March 6th & 7th at the downtown Hilton was pain-free and full of laughter! Yes, we learned a lot from you and had fun hearing your true stories and quips. I look forward to seeing you at next year’s Ruble if we don’t make it to the OK Aquarium beforehand. I am sharing your knowledge and forms. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Get ‘er done and happy trails!! p.s. I earned my CIC designation the same year as you and am happy that I’m your first comment for 2017.
I wanted to let you know that I Googled you as asked and look what popped up! You’ve made it to the BIG TIME! I also wanted to say that your
Information was as powerful as always. I always come away from your classes with something new, something that has become crucial in our industry or a reminder of an important
point that has slipped from my focus. Still taking notes at the seminar even after being a CIC for 24 years.
Blessings to you and your family. You are appreciated beyond words.
I have been fortunate to attend many of your CIC’s and a couple Rubles as well. I’m hoping you can help with hopefully a simple question which may have a legal answer or may just be an ethical thing. What are your thoughts on filling out for example a Professional Liability Application base on expiring then just sending to the insured to review and sign or calling the insured on a new piece of business (this is on a phone which does not record) going through the app question by question and you as the agent fill in the form then forward the completed to the insured to sign. In both cases the agent/csr is completing everything but the signature. I say no, but perhaps you don’t agree.
I think it is a very bad idea for an agent to complete any application for a prospect or an insured but especially a professional liability application.
I feel the insured should complete the application. The agent can assist in the completion, but the insured/prospect should complete it and sign it.
If you or someone else completes the application for the insured, you are exposing yourself and your organization to a potential E&O situation ythat will be very difficult to defend.
Good morning,
I apologize as I just found this post on my site. Usually this would be sent as an e-mail to me.
Regardless, thanks for your inquiry.
My “Range valuation” on this site is $450.
My “certified valuation” costs $200 per hour and depends on the size of the agency. For a smaller agency, a certified valuation will usually run under $3,000. The largest cost I have billed in 17 years is around $6,000. If interested in a “certified” valuation, please advise me and I will send you my packet of information.
I just attended your CIC class on Thursday in NJ. What a great class. I learned so much from you and very much enjoyed your stories. You definitely kept the class interesting! I look forward to more classes with you in the future.

I’D APPRECIATE A BALLPART RANGE AS COST FOR AN APPRAISAL EITHER RANGE OR MORE COMPREHENSIVE. THANK YOU.
